This is a full-time position with location flexible among DoStuff’s site locations.
The Role:
DoStuff is seeking a creative, highly organized Partnerships Coordinator with experience communicating with partners and executing digital media campaigns. As a DoStuff Partnerships Coordinator, your primary job will be executing impactful growth campaigns with key partners (e.g., festivals, artists, media properties and more) and serving as a liaison between partners and our Brand Marketing team. You’ll also contribute to the ideation and identification of potential partners, as well as continued innovation around the way partnership content is distributed though DoStuff, partner, and other stakeholder channels. This role will contribute to creative elements such as copywriting and asset creation, as well as the strategy, coordination, and communication that is needed to foster excellent partners.
You’ll work closely with our Partnerships Director, Head of Brand Marketing, and Community Engagement Specialist to ensure successful growth from national and local partnerships across our network. You’ll also be supported by DoStuff’s team in Austin, as well as the other brilliant minds at DoStuff cities around the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & executing email and social media in support of DoStuff partnerships
Ideation & lead generation for potential DoStuff partners and partnerships
Coordination of asset collection and design tasks needed to execute DoStuff’s national partnerships and GayDoXYZ development
Asset creation for paid social campaigns in support of partnerships and high-performing giveaways
Contributing to support and advice for local teams in navigating locally-led DoStuff partnerships including sweepstakes, RSVP-hosting opportunities, and more
Support for paid social marketing of partnerships and giveaways
Coordinating partnership prizing with partners and winners
Mid-campaign checks to ensure partners and internal teams execute partnerships in full
Administrative support (ex: expense tracking, 1099 forms)
Driving PR efforts to highlight DoStuff partnerships to relevant media outlets
About You:
Have at least 1-2 years of digital media experience.
Strong and efficient copywriter
Familiar with Canva (and/or more robust graphic design software)
Organized and analytically driven
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, especially email and social media marketing
In-the-know about general music genres, tastes, trends, and pop culture
GREAT email communication - comfortable managing extensive threads and navigating sensitive communication to uphold needs, deadlines, and expectations
